Cancellation Policy
Should we have a lack of registrations, a session may be canceled. Please note that a session may be cancelled within two weeks of its start date. If your camper’s session is cancelled we will do our best to accommodate your camper in another session. Camp sessions are held regardless of weather. If a camper cancels, refunds, less the required non-refundable deposit, will be made only if written cancellation is received 30 days prior to the beginning of the session. There are no refunds for early departure, whether for personal reasons or a natural disaster.
